  • Why can't I access the course on my phone?
Some smart phones will not read the course content if they do not have the spare capacity to do so. The courses are supported by video demonstrations, which sometimes are large files, so there may be a conflict in system operation. Please log in and access your course content on a desktop/laptop or ipad. The courses are best accessed via a desktop/laptop computer. They will work on iPad/iphone, but as they are large files they take a while to download, which often catches people out as they keep clicking because they think nothing is happening, therefore jamming their system! Also, internet service seems quite slow in most areas because of the increased usage, so please be patient :)
