Personal statement
I am drawn to the coastline and all that is to be found there. From looking out to sea, at promontories and horizons, to picking up seashells and examining their shapes and patterns and watching the waves lap and pulse on the shore, it all brings me peace and great joy. Walking on the beaches, there are sand patterns, screes of beautiful pebbles and barnacle covered rocks to absorb. All these facets of coastal living have provided the inspiration for my shell prints and paintings.
